Custom Ordering Process

We take pride that each one of our products are a custom work of art.  Nothing is cookie cutter. Each one of our products carries the Rude Brand label and we make sure that your brand is an extension of ours.

This is what you need to do:

  1. Check out our Terms and Conditions
  2. Browse our website for products and samples.  Get a feel for what we can do and quality we achieve.
  3. Contact us for a quote.   You will be assigned a sales rep who will review your information and provide a quote.   If you require custom artwork, you can share your ideas with your rep at this time
  4. Proof Process – after you receive your quote and you decide to order through us there are 3 types of design processes.
  • I know exactly what I want – I have all the vector based images and know exactly how I want my product done.  You probably won’t incur any upfront design fees.
  • I have a bit of an idea – if you have a fairly good idea of what you want and your design is straight forward , the artwork proof will be fast and relatively easy for our designer.  We’ll charge you a $75 for a design fee which will get you a full mock up plus a couple of revisions. If you do decide to place your order with us, we will absorb the design fee that you have already paid.
  • We want something awesome, we’re looking for a Rude Brand Custom piece and have no idea what we want – if this is you then we will have our designers work with you in creating the product and/or even logo you absolutely love. We will bill you $75 upfront for the design fee and may bill an additional $50 per hour depending on how much work we need to do for your logo and one of a kind custom piece.

        5. Send us your 50% deposit. Once your artwork has been approved, we require a deposit of 50%, or a Purchase Order from a School or University on official letterhead. We are not able to begin production until the deposit is received or the Purchase Order has been received.  All payments can be made on-line with our automated invoicing system.

NOTE: Your order and timeline will not begin until that deposit is received. We require 4 weeks from the time the deposit is received.  If a week has passed before we get payment, please add that to your timeline. We cannot reserve space in our production line without a deposit.

5) We create your product.

6) Final payment is made with an additional shipping charge. All payments can be made on-line with our automated invoicing system.

7) We ship your product.

8) Dominate in style.
